A 16 x 24 inch little play on the works of Dali.

A 16 x 24 inch soft pastel painting rendered on white sketch paper.

A 12 x 24 inch acrylic on cardboard painting.

Today’s offering is a 11 x 14 inch ink drawing on a pice of sketch paper.

As artists each time we put our butts in the chair it is all about the fun which is the true heart of art. That is to say picking up a paint brush or even the pastel should free the spirit not hinder or anchor it to perfection. I like to have fun when I draw or paint. The picture above is just me having a little fun with some soft pastels and having a liberty with a sunset. It is 18 x 24″ done on white drawing paper.

There are times when I just like to play like when I create old book page art. Last year I created many gnome picture. I was going to do that this year but ran out of time.

An earlier 14 x 24 inch soft pastel painting. This is a as of yet I finished work.

This is a recent outline I did for a possible painting.
