A pencil drawing of a mother and baby elephant

A drawing of a pet dog rendered in soft pastel and pencil.

Drawn with my non dominant hand and highlighted in art markers and chalk pastels.

Another cow rendered in soft pastels and pen.

My take on a little animal abstract art. The bear is done chalk pastels.

A pen and chalk pastel painting rendered on white paper.

Another in my series of animal portraits. This one like many of them was rendered in charcoal pencil brushed with water then highlighted in pen.

A portrait of a whippet rendered in pen and charcoal pencil.
A whippet is an interesting breed of dog. The one my granddaughter has is a very nervous dog but very friendly.

A drawing of a collie puppy.
This is day 198 of my year long challenge of a quick drawing a day. While I must say a challenge like this is fun it is also productive. It teaches you to notice things quickly. Truth be told, at times to quickly. There are times you miss a little detail here or there but the drawings still come out looking pretty good and if your goal is to sell Art then you’ll end up with a lot of sellable pieces.
