It has been a while since I posted a Furst Gnome drawing. Well here are two. The first drawing is of the Furst Gnome fishing done in soft pastel. The second is just a pencil drawing with the yellow soft pastel highlights. Both drawings are 6×9 drawings on white card stock.
The First Gnome is doing one of his favorite activities…skiing. The drawing was done on half a file folder using a #2 and soft pastels.
The little girl is dreaming back to the warm days of summer when she was at the beach with her toes in the water. The painting is done in soft pastels on 9×12 white sketch paper.
Today’s drawing is a soft pastel drawing done on my usual old book page.
I sometimes just like to sit down and draw. The little church is one of those drawings. A simple pen drawing on an old book page.
The Furst Gnome is tired from all Christmas shopping so he takes a nap right where he is at. The illustration is done in the usual soft pastel on a blank old book page.
While we don’t all get snow for Christmas if you do, why not build a Christmas snowman. Today’s illustration is soft pastel brushed over lightly with water.
I love to practice drawing the Furst Gnome characters. The first one is done in pen and soft pastels and the second one is just a plain #2 pencil drawing.
Another in my series of Nordic Gnome drawings I have entitled The Furst Gnome. Just for clarity The Furst Gnomes are a group of gnomes not just one. This one is on an old book page and rendered in soft pastels.
