This rendering of a windup chicken is done an old book page using color pencils.

I decided to try and re-create Walking Through the Field in oil pastels. The rendering is done on 6×9 card stock using several generic brands of oil pastels.

The two small paintings depict girls in fields of flowers. The one on the left is done in oil pastels . It depicts a girl in a field with a storm cloud overhead. If I had to do it again, and I may I would soften the storm cloud to grey. The one on the right is done in soft pastels. For the most part I am fine with the way it turned out. Both drawings are done on 6×9 card stock.

This is my version of a paint night painting my wife’s friend in Florida painted. My wife wanted similar rendering so I created this one. It is a craft item so the design and painting are simple. However there are something’s I like about the painting. Oh yeah it is actually painted a 12×14 piece of wood from an old swing set.

I present for your perusing Two Small Churches. The first one is soft pastel on an old book page. The second is acrylics on a board approximately 1’by 3′. The churches are both my renderings of old country churches.

The Furst Gnome In Blue is an acrylic rendering on a piece of 4″ by 24″ piece of old pallet wood.

It has been a while since I posted a Furst Gnome drawing. Well here are two. The first drawing is of the Furst Gnome fishing done in soft pastel. The second is just a pencil drawing with the yellow soft pastel highlights. Both drawings are 6×9 drawings on white card stock.

Both of these flowers were created using soft pastels. The first is a set of 3 roses on an old book page. The second is a yellow flower, of unknown kind to me done on a piece of 6×9 card stock.
