My take on a little animal abstract art. The bear is done chalk pastels.

As usual another in my series on charcoal pencil drawings. This one of a little girl heading to church in her Sunday finest.

A pen drawing highlighted in acrylic paints.

Here are the first two puppy love drawings. The one on the left was rendered in chalk pencil and a light wash of acrylic paints. The one on the right is the same picture just highlighted with pen. The picture was also taken using different lighting.

Skating is a 9×12 acrylic painting done on a piece of cardboard. The painting evolved over the course of the painting. There are still some things I would go back and fix but I guess that is the life of an artist. Always changing things but never really totally satisfied with the results.

Lately I’ve taken to creating pen drawings on whit copy paper and then highlighting them in color pencil. I like the way the colors pop off of the paper when included with the black ink.
