One of my most recent flower paintings. This one is done in soft pastels on 6×9 white drawing paper.

One of my most recent flower paintings. This one is done in soft pastels on 6×9 white drawing paper.

The first painting is done is soft pastels on card stock. The second painting is oil pastel also on card stock. Both paintings are small 6×9 paintings.

Both of these flowers were created using soft pastels. The first is a set of 3 roses on an old book page. The second is a yellow flower, of unknown kind to me done on a piece of 6×9 card stock.

Both of these abstract flower paintings were created using soft pastels. One was on a piece of card stock the other white sketch paper.

I haven’t done one of these in a while. I like the ease of creating these abstract flowers. This one is done in acrylic paints on a 4×6 piece of card stock.

I love to sit down at my art desk and create. To me there is freedom in hap hazard creation. This painting is an 9×12 in soft pastel painting done on white drawing paper.

Every so often I do a 6×9 oil pastel painting. I like the the oil pastels because they leave a little of the white showing through. As always any of my drawings and paintings are for sale. This painting would be $10.00 which includes shipping.

An 8 1/2 by 11 soft pastel painting on white water color paper. I created the painting using layers of soft pastel lightly brushed with water. The effect creates a kind of chalky water effect.

A recent 6×9 abstract oil pastel painting. I like the ease of use of the oil pastels especially on white paper. Each day in life we need to take an inventory and see where our tine, money and resources are going, do we spend more of our energy seeking after our needs or after our calling from God. Remember where your heart is there also will come your most effort.
